See the numbers on the scale too. See how your belly slimmed a record pace. In short, eat more fruit and lose belly quickly and effectively, regardless of whether you're athletic or not, male or female.
2 - Drink plenty of water
Your body is made up of 70% water. Your needs a lot of water to function properly. And if your body is not functioning optimally, it starts to catch diseases and store fat because their metabolism is slowed. The majority of the current population is dehydrated. Most people do not drink enough water and this is largely the reason why most people are overweight. If you want to slim belly fast and well, drink more water.
3 - Sleeping a lot
