Seeds like Chia seeds also contain omega-3 fatty acids, iron and calcium. It serves as a sponge and it absorbs sugar, and it also stabilizes blood levels in the body. Talk about tough. Healthy Cold Weather Foods

As cold weather rolls in, many of us are looking for those tasty comfort foods that help keep us warm on a winter's evening, but if you are on a healthier diet, finding a good hot comfort food can be challenging. Yet, there are plenty of great recipes around to help satisfy that cold weather comfort food needs.

Stews and Soups
There is nothing more inviting or delicious than a steaming bowl of stew or soup. Stews and soups can be rich and thick, which makes those bowls cold weather goodness. Chili is another great chilly evening meal, but there are a lot of hidden unhealthy ingredients that can expand the waist band. With a few substitutions, you can turn your comfort food into a healthy meal.

Instead of using ground beef in your chili, why not try ground turkey beef? Turkey beef is leaner than its red meat cousin, which can save you a few calories. The great thing is that there really isn't that much difference in taste between ground beef and ground turkey; but if you have more discerning palettes, add a little spice. Garlic and onions are great flavors to add to build the depth of the chili, while helping the ground turkey become more favorable. Plus, garlic and onion help detox the gall bladder and liver, which can help your body run more efficiently and help with digestion.

Soups are another cold weather favorite. When making your soup, try using a lower sodium stock to build your flavor. Vegetable stock is healthier for you than chicken or beef, so consider making vegetable stock your base. If you need that chicken or beef flavor, try using bouillon cubes, but try to find a lower sodium cube to help keep the salt levels down. If you love that creamy taste, try using coconut milk to build your soup. Heavy cream is high in calories and fat, which can ruin a healthy diet. However, you can substitute coconut milk to your soup to give it that creamy texture. If coconut milk simply won't do, try substituting reduced fat or skim milk to your soup to achieve that creaminess.

Red meat isn't bad for a diet, as long as it is used in moderation, which means you can enjoy that hearty stew, as long as it's not every night. When making your stew, try to find leaner cuts of beef and add twice as many vegetables to fill the stew. Keep beef stews to once or twice a month, or find a healthier option to beef in stew.

Your health is important, and if you are trying to maintain a weight loss diet, there are plenty of healthy alternatives to keep your diet flavorful and healthy. But sometimes diet and exercise are not enough to help your reach your weight loss goals. If you find that you are having trouble reaching your weight loss goals, consider adding a natural weight loss supplement to your regime. A natural weight loss supplement may be able to kick start your weight loss and help you keep it off.

Basically, a fat-burning food item contains the right quantity of vitamins and other essential ingredients required to promote hormones capable of burning fat throughout the body. The idea must be to combine foods you like into a diet plan. Here are five delicious foods helping you lose fat around the tummy.

Include berries in daily diet. Different types of berries are available depending on geographical location. Some may find strawberries, while others may have access to blueberries in the local market. Most berries are full of dietary fiber and contain necessary quantity of vitamins and antioxidants required to burn fat. The only precaution to be taken is fresh berries should be bought. If not available, frozen vacuum-sealed packets can be bought at a supermarket. Most vendors are aware of growing demand for berries and have mastered logistical hiccups to procure berries at cheap prices from across the globe.

It is customary in many households to have a cup of soup before lunch or dinner to increase appetite. The same process can be slightly altered by having the right ingredients in soup. For example, tomato soup is ideally suited to burn belly fat while preventing people from overeating. Instead of having salads with a regular meal, food items like spring onion leaves, green beans, boiled mushrooms, and peppers can be safely had along with soup. Appetite is diminished, while you gain access to a blend of delicious food items, which can be altered as required.

People across the globe are used to having a morning cup of tea. Many also require their evening cup of tea or coffee as per habit. Whole milk may not be ideally suited, as it contains considerable amount of fat. However, it can be easily substituted by skimmed milk containing essential calcium and other fat-burning ingredients. It is also easily digestible and can be combined with different flavors for added taste. People also find it easier to switch over to green tea containing catechins and other antioxidants preventing fat from building up in the body. Non-vegetarians have to make a minor shift in dietary habits including fish like salmon and white meat like chicken while avoiding red meat. When thinking about healthful foods, boring and unappealing options might come to mind. But healthful foods can be delicious. What follows is an introduction to 4 strong foodstuffs which you may take in your diet that are delicious, simple to get from the market, and really excellent for you.

Beets: Believe it or not, adding beets to your diet is one of the healthiest choices you could make. These small, ruby, root vegetables contain two important nutrients that can decrease homocysteine blood levels: folate and betaine. Homocysteine is thought to cause arterial damage, possibly leading to heart disease. Including beets in your food, you decrease the probability of raising such issues. Lab mice are shown to have the ability to fight against cancer if they are given beets to eat. The greatest nutritional benefit is obtained when beets are eaten raw. Try them shredded and marinated in olive oil and lemon juice and then mixed into a salad.

Cinnamon: The majority of us just consume cinnamon once it is applied to those delicious rolls smothered in sugar. But this spice is not just tasty; it is also supposed to assist in managing blood sugar and decreasing the danger of heart problems. According to the USDA, individuals with Type Two Diabetes who consumed 2 grams of cinnamon every day for 6 weeks were able to lower both their cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Cinnamon contains methylhydroxychalcone polymers which can help improve the body's metabolism of sugar. Sprinkling cinnamon on cereal, oatmeal or even in your coffee is a great way to add this spice to your diet.

Goji berries: Because of their medicinal properties, Goji berries have been used by the Tibetans for a long time. Study has revealed that the berry, approximately the mass of a raisin, has extra antioxidant strength in it as compared to some other fruits. Medical research has also proven that the berry aids in the reduction of insulin production, which is a serious risk factor for patients with diabetes. To add these healthy berries to your diet, try putting them on your breakfast cereal, yogurt or oatmeal.

Cabbage: Already very popular in Europe and Asia, this vegetable is earning a place in the American diet. Its main helpful nutrient, sulforaphane, is supposed to reduce the danger of cancer growth. It accomplishes this by waging war against free radicals while upping the production of damage curtailing enzymes. Try shredding this delicious treat and putting it on your burgers or other sandwiches. As an alternative, you could shred apples and carrots as an addition to a nice side salad.

4 Healthy Foods That Will Help Your Diet

Your idea of healthy foods may consist of visions of bland and unattractive looking foods that make you want to cringe. But healthy foods don't have to be tasteless! We will show you four foods that are not only healthy, tasty and good for you, but also simple to locate at the grocery store.
Surprisingly, Beets are considered to be one the best choices, health wise that you could add to your daily diet. Beets are rich in folate and betaine, nutrients known to lower homocysteine levels in the bloodstream. Damaged arteries and perhaps even heart disease have been linked to Homocysteine. If you add beets to your diet, you will lessen the chance of developing these problems. This has been shown to be helpful in fighting cancer when lab mice eat beets. You should consume beets while they are raw in order to gain the most health benefits. Add them to your salad after they have been shredded and soaked in lemon juice and olive oil.
Cinnamon is something that most of us only consume when mixed with sugar and applied to those delicious bakery rolls. But this spice not only tastes great, it is thought to help aid in regulating blood sugar levels and lessen the chance of heart disease. USDA studies showed that individuals with Type Two Diabetes, who ate two grams of cinnamon for a six week time frame, lowered the levels of cholesterol in their system, as well as lowered their blood sugar. Methylhydroxychalcone polymers are this spice's most active ingredient and it causes your body to break down sugar at a higher rate. A great way to eat it is over oatmeal, your cereal, or even add a little to your coffee.
The goji berry is a traditional Tibetan medicinal plant. There is more antioxidant power in the berry (which is the size of a raisin) than in any other fruit, according to research. Scientists have researched and found that the berry assists in reducing the amount of insulin which is risky for those with diabetes. Enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning by adding these berries your yogurt, cereal, oatmeal or jut plain raw.
Cabbage is extremely popular in Asia and Europe, and is rapidly becoming popular in America too. The nutrient sulforaphane is considered to be of the most benefit, due to its presumed ability to reduce the risk of the development of cancer. The way it achieves this is by defending the body against free radicals and also by raising the production of specific enzymes that protect against cell damage. This good tasting item can be used as a shredded topping for burgers and sandwiches. Alternatively, you can make a nice salad using it, along with carrots and apples.

6 Foods That Curb Sugar Cravings

While many of us crave sugar for emotional reasons due to it being a "psychoactive" substance, there can be physical reasons for your sweet tooth as well. Sometimes willpower isn't the problem--it's poor nutrition. If your diet is mostly processed & cooked, you may be lacking the fiber, vitamins & minerals that your body needs to keep your blood sugar levels stable.

Here are 5 foods that can help curb sugar cravings and get you on the right track in terms of healthy eating:
1. RAW TOMATOES - rich in chromium & serotonin. Lack of the mineral chromium can be one cause for craving sugar, as it stabilizes blood sugar levels. Low levels of serotonin (the happy hormone) can be another. Tomatoes give you a two-for-one deal!

2. ROMAINE LETTUCE - again, rich in chromium. Consuming lots of processed foods, white sugar & caffeine (coffee, soda, etc) can create a chromium deficiency. Romaine lettuce is also high in protein and fiber.

3. LEAFY GREENS - such as kale, chard, collards, spinach, mustard, beet, chicory, dandelion & arugula. Your "catch all" foods for nutrition. Loaded with fiber, vitamins and minerals, eating lots of greens, especially raw in salad form, is one of the top ways to really nourish and energize your body so you aren't attracted to the short-term energy boosts that sugar provides.

4. CINNAMON - known to regulate blood sugar levels. Just a 1/2 teaspoon a day can really curb your sugar cravings. Pair it with number 4 and number 5 and set up your day right to avoid getting that sweet tooth later on in the day. Try drinking herbal tea that contains cinnamon throughout the day or when a sugar craving strikes.

5. WHOLE OATS - Be sure to go whole rather than quick or instant, as whole oats still contain all their fiber. Oatmeal is ranked number one for satiety. It's high in fiber and is shown to reduce hunger later in the day. It's also rich in B vitamins and zinc. Just don't eat it smothered in sugar! Instead, add cinnamon (#3 above) and finely chopped apple (#5 below) and some raisins or chopped dates to sweeten.

6. APPLES - High in pectin, a dietary fiber. Eating plant-based (fruit & vegetable) fiber is one of the best ways to curb cravings. Apples have the perfect mix of fiber & fructose, plus they have a low glycemic rating compared to many other fruits. Be sure to eat the skin! And be sure to buy your apples organic.

The Problem With The Food Is

The problem with the food that most of the population eats on a regular basis is the fact that is wasn't what nature intended for us to eat.

Massive advertising campaigns are constantly trying to convince us to eat a myriad of foods and they are all fueled by the same desire to make bigger profits for the food manufacturers.

The human body was designed to eat specific foods to maintain a healthy balance and that balance included a body weight that ensured good health.

Obesity is becoming a bigger problem each year (if you will excuse the pun) and it is due to the fact that more and more people are eating the wrong food, feeling hungry due to the lack of nutrition in that food to meet their needs and feeling that they need to eat more to get their essential dietary needs.

There is also so much conflicting information about what we should and shouldn't be eating that many people are confused as to what is good for them.

One minute chocolate is good for you and the next minute it is bad. This wasn't so much of a problem for our ancestors who had a simpler diet where only basic foods were readily available.

One thing that they didn't need to contend with on the scale that we see today is obesity.

Where obesity has now become an epidemic is was a rare occurrence in the past. That says something for the foods we eat today just by looking at history.
And it wasn't just because of a lack of money and a lack of food because even those who could afford to buy what they required didn't have the widespread weight problems that face modern society.

If we look back in time and the occurrence of obesity in different races of people it can generally be linked to the introduction of changes in the types of foods that they began consuming.

It is difficult to fight the urge to eat when the body is feeling hungry even for those people with considerable will power and that is why most people tend to fail when they go on a diet unless all their nutritional needs are being met in some way.

So congratulations! You’ve lost some weight! Now, how do you keep it off?

When you’ve spent weeks or even months striving and sacrificing, you don’t want to have your spirits sink as you see the scale start to go up. For most of us, regardless of our weight loss method, weight regain is a real possibility. But is it inevitable?

Follow these five sure tricks, and your scale will stay put:

If you gain a pound, lose it! People who are successful at maintaining a weight loss weigh themselves at least twice a week. Pick regular times of day, and regular days of the week, to weigh and keep a chart. If you find you’re up a pound or two, follow a healthy and structured food plan until the extra weight comes off again.

Have planned snacks instead of grazing. To combat rampant, spontaneous snacking, plan a couple of balanced snacks every day that you can measure out and enjoy. Be sure to include some protein and complex carbohydrates in your snack. If you feed yourself a bit more frequently, you will be less likely to graze mindlessly.

Balance your treats with healthy choices. You can have an occasional treat, but you can also have an occasional healthy choice. Keep the treat small so that you don’t get a big sugar or unrefined carb rush. And if you must eat sugar or an unrefined carb, eat a little protein with it so that your blood sugar doesn’t crash and cause cravings for more of the same.

Admit your trigger foods and avoid them. All you have to do is look at certain foods and you know you’ll eat them. Don’t keep any snack foods in plain site around your house. Put them away. If you find yourself going to the cupboard or refrigerator to peruse the snack items, you’ll need to keep the trigger foods out of your house altogether.

Experiment and use the tools that work for you. Many dieters hate the act of writing down what they eat. Some dislike exercise. Others abhor weighing and measuring their food. Still others will not give up sugar and unrefined carbs. You need to be honest with yourself, though. These tools are proven to work. So, experiment with all the tools available to you and use the ones that work.

Weight regain is not inevitable, but you need to take action to avoid it. Apply these solutions to your life and you will find weight maintenance to be simple and satisfying.

10 Tips On Losing Weight Fast

Before jumping into a diet, you must determine your ideal weight. This will be your guide on your weight loss journey. “Fast” weight loss doesn’t imply that you drop 50 pounds overnight; a few pounds can take months to shed and for obese individuals, it can take years to lose the desired amount of weight. How fast you lose weight will depend on how focused you are on your diet.

Here are some simple steps to help you lose weight:

1.Before dieting, you must know how many calories you normally need in a day. If you are sedentary, multiply your weight (in pounds) by fifteen. If you are moderately active, multiply your weight by seventeen; if you are active, multiply your weight by twenty. This will give you the average calorie intake you need per day.

2.Remember to eat your fruits and veggies! You need at least five servings of them per day – doing this will put you on the right track to a healthy body, because fruits and vegetables have beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They also fill up your stomach fast so that you don’t overeat and take into many calories.

3.Monitor the quantity of food you eat. Avoid high-calorie foods and eat in small portions. A helpful tip is to chew your food slowly because this makes digestion easy on your body and you will also be less likely to overeat.

4.Don’t skip meals. When you want to lose weight it may be tempting to starve yourself – but eating small amounts of food frequently can help you maintain a healthy, balanced calorie intake throughout the day. Also, your blood sugar level will be adversely affected if you don’t eat often. You can even divide the standard allotment of three meals into five or six smaller meals.

5.Fresh fruits and vegetables are ideal – packaged and processed foods have high sodium and fat content. You are more likely to lose weight if you eat naturally fresh foods.

6.Don’t limit your food intake too much. Go ahead and indulge yourself; eat your favorite treat. It’s okay to have that slice of birthday cake at the occasional party. Just make sure to eat in moderation and use those special desserts as rewards, instead of enemies, to your weight loss experience.

7.Don’t always believe everything you read on a food label. “Fat free” does not necessarily mean low calories. The same wisdom goes for foods that boast “low sugar” or “low carbs.” Glance over the nutrition label – there you’ll find the calorie count.

8.Try to limit the number of juices and sugary beverages you drink. Instead, drink eight glasses water a day – this flushes out your body’s toxins and waste.

9.If possible, keep a food journal. This will help you keep track of your calorie intake and will be a daily reminder of the types of foods you need.

10.Don’t forget to exercise! Thirty to sixty minutes of physical activity a day will ensure your health and help you lose weight (and not to mention, firm up those muscles). Weight-bearing exercises are especially great ways to burn those pesky calories.

Fat Burning Diet - 10 Testosterone Boosting Foods That Burn Fat and Build Muscle

Testosterone plays a very important role for men who are trying to lose weight, build muscle, or even just maintain peak levels of health. Therefore, for a male who is looking to burn fat, their fat burning diet should essentially be a testosterone boosting diet. In this way you are ensuring that this vital hormone plays the key role that it was designed to do. Here are 10 of the best foods for "naturally" boosting your testosterone levels.

1. Beef - I must emphasize here that this beef should be lean beef. You don't want to be consuming too much fat if you can avoid it. The combination of high levels of both protein and zinc in beef will promote testosterone production in the body and the small amount of saturated fat is also necessary.

2. Poultry - As was mentioned above, protein has a beneficial effect on hormone levels. Both chicken breast and turkey breast are, for example, very high in protein and very low in fat: The perfect food for burning fat and building muscle.

3. Oysters - These are absolutely packed with zinc and also have hefty amounts of protein and magnesium. This is the reason why oysters are known as being an aphrodisiac. It is because they have a direct effect on testosterone levels.

4. Beans - Out of all the vegetables available to you, beans have a higher zinc content than anything else. They also contain high levels of protein and even higher levels of fibre, which make them even harder to turn down. The fibre content of beans makes them a must have for any fat burning diet.

5. Brussels Sprouts - These little beauties have within them a magical ingredient known as "Indole-3-Carbinol". This particular indole has been shown to decrease the estrogen (female hormone) levels in men by as much as half! So forget about what they taste like and just eat them.
6. Eggs - Cholesterol is the building block of testosterone. Considering how much cholesterol is found within eggs, you can now see why you should be having them at least once per day. Also, don't be afraid of consuming the cholesterol in eggs, as not all cholesterols are the same: There are healthy and unhealthy types. Eggs are the healthy type.
7. Garlic - The magic ingredient in garlic that will boost your T levels is called Allicin. This ingredient boosts T levels and decreases cortisol levels at the same time. Cortisol is a hormone that competes with testosterone in the body. Therefore anything that can inhibit its production is invaluable.

8. Broccoli - As was mentioned with the Brussels sprouts, broccoli is also loaded with the miracle compound, Indole-3-Carbinol. Not to mention that broccoli also has very high levels of protein for a vegetable and high levels of fibre, and you have a winner.

9. Cottage Cheese - Not many foods have as much protein and as little fat as cottage cheese. In fact, it actually has more protein and less fat than even red meat or poultry. Make sure that you purchase the one that is only 1% fat. Cottage cheese can also be consumed before bed in order to give your body a steady supply of protein while you sleep.

10. Cabbage - You are probably sick of this word by now, but cabbage is also another food with very high levels of Indole-3-Carbinol. Not to mention the high fibre content that all green vegetables have.
So there you have it: 10 of the best foods to naturally boost your testosterone levels. So if you are a male looking to get lean for summer, forget about those fat burning diet tricks, such as only eating carrots for 5 days of the week. Incorporate these foods into your diet and you will transform yourself into an automatic fat-burning, muscle-building machine.

4 Foods That Are a Must to Build Muscle

No matter what your goal is, building muscle, weight loss or weight gain or just general health improvement, there is no better way to have success than to have a good fitness program and eating the right foods.
You body is a machine and if you feed it with potato chips and beer it will run just like a gas car that has a tank of fuel with water in it, it will run but not very good and in the long run do more damage than you can imagine. Just like a car, your body will run on lot's of stuff, but will only run at its peak when fed the nutrients. It is amazing how the body will react when you add the right foods especially before, during and after a workout for building muscle.

Like most things in life, the easy path is not always the best path, like eating those processed foods. Foods that have been genetically altered or processed using heat and then packaged for ease is not good for your body. You body craves good foods and will crave much less if not processed. Most processed food do not satisfy your bodies requirements and you end up eating mor of them just to fool the body into thinking you are full and don't need anymore! Eating the right foods at the right times will help your body get what it needs, so the cravings go away and helps keep the right nutrients in your muscles to help them build quickly.

So, what is the right food you ask?
Eggs, One of the best sources of protein on the planet are eggs, yes eggs. Eggs loaded with minerals and vitamins, and are packed with riboflavin, folate, vitamines like B-6, B-12, D, and E along with iron, phosphorus and zinc. Eggs are a natural wonder when it comes to a complete package and especially for the muscle builder.

Beef, its whats for dinner and of course any muscle-building program! Beef loaded with iron, creatine and zinc, all of which are crucial for muscle-building. Eating extra lean cuts of beef will give your muscles the food they need to re-build after a great work-out. Finding natural beef products can be a bit hard, but well worth it. Beef with a natural label will be grain fed with no antibiotics or hormone treatments, so look for those cuts that say "natural", it will be a better cut of beef and better for you.

Salmon, another great protein that is swimming with omega-3 fatty acids, "omega-3" can help slow down the muscle-protein breakdown after a work-out improve the recovery time. This is real important as you need to store new protein faster than the body breaks down the old stuff and salmon is the perfect food for this.
Nuts, and especially almonds. Almonds are a wonder nut, they have the uncanny ability to add alpha-tocopherol vitamin E which is the best type to maximize absorption. This is important to your muscles as vitamin E is a potent antioxidant that can help prevent free-radical damage after a heavy work-out. A couple handfuls a day is all you really need to get all the goodness of almonds.

Water, now, I know what you are thinking, water is not a food! Well, it may not be a direct food, but no food will work for you without water. Muscle is about 80 percent water. As little as 1 percent change in body water can impair exercise performance and adversely affect recovery. Think of it this way, for every pound you shed during a work-out, drink 24 ounces of water, sounds like allot but your muscles need it to rebuild.

OK, so that is 4 foods and water. I'll add a fifth. Even though there are many foods out there, the other food that you can add to the list. The fifth food that I feel is a huge help to muscle-building is Olive Oil! No, I don't mean use olive oil to rub on your muscles to make them look good, you need to eat the stuff. The monounsaturated fat in olive oil appears to act as an anti-catabolic-nutrient, in other words, it prevents muscle breakdown by lowering levels of a sinister cellular protein called tumor necrosis factor-a, and linked with muscle wasting and weakness, kind of like watching a bad reality TV show! I don't think there is a good reality TV show is there?

The Fast Food Diet Plan

Life is hectic and finding the right plan for a good diet is just as hectic. Many times over the decision between eating healthy and eating unhealthy is a matter of deciding on which restaurant you'll stop at, on the way home from work, gym or some other glamourous location.

The options in many communities are basically your run of the mill fast food restaurant... on many of these menu's you'll find that the calorie count is through the roof. You'll want to make the right decisions to assist in building a healthy body. Though the easy thing to do is order the 1/4 pounder with the special sauce. To which will cost your daily calories. Instead focus on the options that will benefit your end result. Instead of ordering the french fries ask to see if they have a substitute option, like apple wedges. If your take is to get a burrito, see if they have an option for no wrap and eat it out of a bowl, and if rice is an option, go with brown rice. The more nutritious rice.

To make the nutrition process overly simple, for an active person who's goal is to eat 5 to 6 times a day with a max calorie in take of 2500 per day. The limit for each meal/snack should be about 500 calories. If you really put that into perspective that's one and half Char-grilled Chicken Sandwich at local chicken sandwich shop at 290 calories per sandwich. To think that 500 calories is a lot, try keeping track of what you eat for one week, I'm willing to bet that the average meal intake is around 500 to 600 calories or more. I'm also basing this on a person that workouts and burns an average calorie count of 500 to 600 calories per workout session... depending on the type of workout session or program this can easily be done.

Being a Maryland resident developing a list of great options is not an easy thing... but here are several of the options I choose when there is a need to eat at a fast food joint:
Local Chicken Sandwich shop:
Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich - 290 calories and 28g of protein (To assist with that muscle rebuilding) Add a medium fruit cup at 70 calories you have a total 360 calories leaving a 140 calories for the drink. Guess how many calories are in water? So if you think about it a 360 calorie meal isn't half bad.

McDonald's:
As a disclaimer I will have to say that the sodium intake is something should be looked as well... with that being said there's little options for a low sodium at McDonald's. On the other hand the calories can be low if you decide on a salad or a wrap. I personally found a love for the Big Mac as a teenager, so with the snack wrap I went from a 550 calorie sandwich to a 330 calorie wrap and through in a fruit smoothie at 220 calories for the McCafé Mango Pineapple Real Fruit Smoothie totalling out at 550... well look at that you get a sandwich and some fruit for the same as a Big Mac.

Wendy's:
I'm really partial to Wendy's and the option that they provide. This is probably one of the only locations that you can get so much and still be under a good calorie count. First thing is first drink water and fill the calories with food, not the sugary drinks. Saying that go with the Grilled Chicken Go Wrap at 260 calories and Apple Slices at 40 calories, giving you a total of 300 calories... yup, and if you're still hungry you could push the 500 calorie limit with a 210 calorie Garden Side Salad... totalling out at 510 calories. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Though the list is short you should get the idea... basically don't always go for the quick and easy option. The ability to eat right and be healthy shouldn't matter where you eat... it does matter what you eat.
