Also, the risk of injury is much higher when a beginner tries to start a hardcore workout routine. You have to give your body time to adjust and adapt to more strenuous activities and over time, you will be able to tackle those hardcore workout routines.

Lastly, I would highly suggest that you take some time before and after every single workout and do some basic stretches. A lot of people forget to do this very important step and it ends up catching up with them. Without stretching, you're much more prone to injury. So, stretch out those muscles prior to working out so you don't tear any muscles and injure yourself.
