So if you eat large portions for dinner, make sure you workout in the morning before eating that meal.

Getting in a good cardio workout does help burn calories and fat, but so does getting in some weight training. The proper strength training will help build muscles. Circuit training requires you to do various types of exercises one right after the other. When you're at the gym, it's best to do every other weight machine and than the next time you go workout, you would use the other weight machines. Like cardio workouts, you don't want to overdo anything. If you're looking to burn fat, your best bet is to eat healthy and workout without over doing it. It won't happen over night, but if you keep up this routine it will happen.
