I feel that you have been searching like crazy to get quality information on the top burning exercise fat that really work. Believe me, I know it's a challenge because there is so much information out there that can be so confusing and overwhelming. Looking for the right information is a challenge in itself, and your brain probably has a six pack so far!

Large companies still use the thing as a ninety days transformation marketing tool. They make fake products look super hot and say you'll have a body like tom cruise and matt damon in seven days! lack of knowledge leads people to buy these products, then the next thing you know, they'll be looking for something else on the market that looks hot. Believe it or not this could be symptoms of a shiny object syndrome.
These companies aim their products in some people, which is sticky in my opinion. I've always said that fitness is a lifestyle and a lifelong commitment.

The person who said you can do this alone is flat wrong. We are not born knowing how to do this and that. We have to be shown by someone with experience.

I've been training for over 8 years and a trainer for 2 years, so I would like to give you a little direction.

Try getting up nice and early while everyone is still asleep. Pop in a work out video, go to the gym, or simply go take a brisk walk or jog outside. Or when you're home with you kid at night and on the weekends do some intense play. Like games that involve running around. My niece lives with me and she's four. We play tag and I'll use her to do arm curls. There's really no excuse even with life being so busy. Also change your eating habits. We all lost track over the holidays. Try switching over to all things whole grain. Try whole grain stone ground wheat bread, oatmeal, and quinoa instead of rice. Cut out soda and juices. Snack on fruits. And always include a good source of protein in every meal whether it's roasted chicken, tuna fish, or beans.


- reduce the amount of calories you eat


- avoid fast food: Quality food ingredients are poor, rich in calories and bad for your  health.
Eating fast food, and will not help you lose fat.

- drink water: Water reduces the amount of fat stored in your body

One of the functions of your liver is to help your body to burn stored fat into energy and it can not fully exercise this work if it is the work of the kidneys too.

The Institute of Medicine Determined That year adequate intake (AI) for men is Roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day. The AI for women is 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.
